HEALING BY MEANS OF COMMUNION
HEALING BY MEANS OF COMMUNION:
There is divine healing of
our physical body from the Atonement by the Messiah’s ransom sacrifice.
Christians who are Baptized with the Holy Spirit receive healing directly from
God through Communion of the Lord’s Supper. They have no need of any minister
of God to lay hands on them with the prayer of faith to be healed. Also, they
can conduct the Communion alone for themselves as often as necessary, as long
they use the proper emblems of genuine unleavened bread and real grape wine or
pure grape juice:
1Corinthians 11:27 – “Consequently
whoever eats the loaf or drinks the cup of the Lord unworthily will be guilty
respecting the body and the blood of the Lord” (eat and drink NOT to dishonor
body and blood of Christ).
Luke 22:14-20 (The Lord's
supper is a fulfillment of the Passover).
Proverbs 31:6 – “Give
intoxicating liquor, you people, to the one about to perish and wine to those
who are bitter of soul.”
Jeremiah 16:7 – “And they
will not deal out to them any bread on account of mourning to comfort someone over
the dead; neither will they give them the cup of consolation to drink on
account of one’s father and on account of one’s mother.”
Matthew 26:42 – “Again, for the
second time, he went off and prayed, saying: “My Father, if it is not possible
for this to pass away except I drink it, let your will take place.”
John 18:11 – “Jesus, however,
said to Peter: “Put the sword into its sheath. The cup that the Father has
given me, should I not by all means drink it?” (The Cup of suffering is just as
significant as the blood it contains).
Exodus 12:14, 15 – “And this
day must serve as a memorial for you, and you must celebrate it as a festival
to Jehovah throughout your generations. As a statute to time indefinite you
should celebrate it. Seven days you are to eat unfermented cakes. Yes, on the
first day you are to take away sourdough from your houses, because anyone
eating what is leavened, from the first day down to the seventh, that soul must
be cut off from Israel.” (UNLEAVENED BREAD)
John 15:1 – “I am the true
vine, and my Father is the cultivator.” (Christ the true vine).
Isaiah 5:7 – “For the
vineyard of Jehovah of armies is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah are
the plantation of which he was fond.”
Jeremiah 2:21 – “And as for
me, I had planted you as a choice red vine, all of it a true seed. So how have
you been changed toward me into the degenerate shoots of a foreign vine?” (Vine
of Israel).
Genesis 49:11 – “Tying his
full-grown ass to a vine and the descendant of his own she-ass to a choice vine,
he will certainly wash his clothing in wine and his garment in the blood of
grapes. (Blood of grapes)
Zechariah 9:9 – ““Be very
joyful, O daughter of Zion. Shout in triumph, O daughter of Jerusalem. Look! Your
king himself comes to you. He is righteous, yes, saved; humble, and riding upon
an ass, even upon a full-grown animal the son of a she-ass.”
Deuteronomy 32:14 – “…And the
blood of the grape you kept drinking as wine.”; 29:6 – “Bread you did not eat, and
wine and intoxicating liquor you did not drink, in order that you might know
that I am Jehovah your God.” (blood of grapes)
Numbers 6:1-4, 13-20 “Speak to
the sons of Israel and you must say to them, ‘In case a man or a woman takes a special
vow to live as a Nazirite to Jehovah, he should keep away from wine and
intoxicating liquor. He should not drink the vinegar of wine or the vinegar of
intoxicating liquor, nor drink any liquid made from grapes, nor eat grapes
either fresh or dried. All the days of his Naziriteship he should not eat
anything at all that is made from the wine vine, from the unripe grapes to the
skins.
